When I went downstairs no one was there including her. I don’t know what The manager was thinking but if she worked for me she would no longer have a job. My wife went down before me to get coffee and the manager was waiting downstairs with two big gorillas to greet her. I told the manager I wanted to talk to someone else about this problem because she was being careless and rude. The manager made it perfectly clear that she could care less about my issues at all. Told the manager that this was absolutely unacceptable behavior especially when you’re paying so much for a room. maybe mention that at the counter when checking in would be a better way of communicating something like this. It was underneath a stack of other papers and sale pitch brochures that no one ever looks at and we never saw it.
Contacted the manager she said there’s a piece of paper on our counter that said that the window washers would be washing windows today. We were awakened bye a bunch of window washers outside of our window while we were sleeping. We live 20 minutes away from the Graton resort we stayed at the resort to relax and get away from it all.
